CMR Express Cancellation Policy:

  • Between 0 hour - 6 hour - 100% Deduction
  • Between 6 hour - 12 hour - 50% Deduction
  • Between 12 hour - 1 day - 25% Deduction
  • Between 1 Min - Any Time - 10% Deduction

  • Partial Cancellation Is Possible.
  • Refund of partial cancellation will be processed after your journey date
  • It Is Rights of CMR EXPRESS To Change Cancellation Policy Any Time Without Prior To Notice
  • Bookings from this site will be eligible for cancellation through Cancellation Form on this site only, No cancellation request will be entertained by any branch or agent office.
  • On Cancellation, Refund will be credited in 3 To 10 working days in source payment.
  • Ticket once transferred cannot transferred or cancelled again.
  • Any complaints and queries contact or write us - Click Here .
  • The passengers are requested to co-operate with the bus operators to maintain punctuality.
  • The Ticket booked is not transferable.
  • E-ticket cancellations are permitted through website by the user. In case e-ticket is booked through an agent, please contact respective agent for cancellations.
  • Please carry a valid photo id while traveling.
  • Bus Operator reserves rights to change the seat while boarding.
  • The Company does not accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused by any accident. Delay or irregularity or any other natural calamities.
  • Passengers are allowed to carry personal luggage at their own risk. Additional luggage will be charged.
  • Smoking & Consumption of liquor is prohibited on board.
  • Passengers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS / Email or calls from bus operator with regards to the services provided by them.
